Dr. Rochon is the founder of Engineering Wellbeing and holds a PhD in cognitive science. Dr. Rochon’s goal is to help professional athletes improve their body’s repair mechanisms so that they are in the best physical and mental shape for each competition.

I went to Dr Rochon twice. One to explain what is and how work your sleep (very interesting and change your opinion when you think sleep is waste of time) And one for hypnotherapy. I follow a plan that Dr Rochon gave me (super easy no stress). It’s been now over a month I sleep much better. Never feel tired on the day, less dark eyes and more ready to fight the day! And after only one session of hypnotherapy I stop smoking !!!! I never thought I will be able to stop but I did it and I know it’s because of Dr Rochon. So if you still hesitate give it a try!

I found the session yesterday very helpful; some of the tips provided are not only useful for quarantine, but also applicable to our situation in life as well. I could see myself benefiting from all the 9 tips for sane an safety in quarantine; I have been doing some of them subconsciously already prior to the session, and will practice more in the future. The two resonant with me mostly are keeping the routine and creating special spaces, and I will stop wearing pajama for my morning meetings from now on. I need to practice and learn to appreciate more is the breezing practice.
